IEXO exists to close that gap. One accountable lead takes AI from the first workshop to a production system, works with whichever models and clouds fit best, and stays to run and improve it.

Security
- Least-privilege, scoped access to client systems, reviewed at the end of every engagement
- Secrets kept in managed secret stores, never in code, documents or prompts
- Separate development, test and production environments
- Logging of consequential actions, without logging passwords, tokens or unnecessary personal data
Data protection
- A data-flow review for every project under the laws that apply, such as the GDPR, UK GDPR or Nigeria Data Protection Act
- Data classified before it touches a model, with what may leave your systems agreed in writing
- Cross-border transfers assessed case by case, including where AI providers process data
- Retention and deletion agreed and documented
Responsible AI
- People approve the decisions that matter, by design
- Evaluation for accuracy, safety and bias before go-live, and on a schedule after it
- Clear explanations and audit trails for every automated action
- A defined process for errors, incidents and rollback
How we use AI ourselves
- We use AI tools in our own research, writing and engineering, with people reviewing the output
- We don't put client confidential data into AI tools without the client's agreement and an approved setup
- We disclose AI use where law, contract or the client requires it
