This notice explains what personal data IEXO Technology collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated 6 November 2026.
Who we are
IEXO Technology is an AI and software engineering company at Ojaja Mall, Ogombo Road, Ajah, Lagos, Nigeria. For anything in this notice, email hello@iexotech.com. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
What we collect
- When you contact us: the details you give in the contact form or an email, such as your name, work email, organisation, role, industry and message.
- When you visit: our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't set cookies of our own.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation you asked for. Our basis is taking steps at your request, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- To keep the site secure and working. Our basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe website.
We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to marketing lists. We'll only send you marketing if you've agreed to it.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the contact form.
- Sendly AI, a Lagos-based email service, delivers the form to our inbox as an email.
- Zoho provides our email. If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta handles that conversation under WhatsApp's own terms.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver the site's fonts and one script, so they receive your IP address when pages load.
These providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 allows, such as the providers' contractual commitments.
How long we keep it
We delete enquiries within six months after the conversation ends, unless we go on to work together. Then we keep what the contract and the law require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, restrict it, take a copy, or withdraw consent you've given. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, or to the data-protection authority where you live.
Changes
We'll update this notice when what we do changes, and show the date at the top.
